This morning was my VQ, despite me desire to get to the site early to set up for the work out, I was the last one to the flag this morning. In preparation for today I though over the workouts I enjoyed the most. Partner workouts are always very enjoyable for me. They make me push myself harder and don’t allow me to slack off. I was partnered with Boston Lager and he was tough to keep up with.

The Thang:

Warm up – In Cadence
