EC ruck- JTT, Stabler

The Thang- Warm up with SSH, cotton pickers, high knees, buttkickers. Took a warm up run around the parking lot. then ran through running deck of death with merkins, jump squats, lbcs, plank jacks while dodging sprinklers. finishes up with a round of 7’s (merkins/squats) w/ stair climbs.
