YHC was extremely honored and pumped to have the opportunity to Q this morning at Double Play. With no official title planned, this workout will be deemed “100” in honor of Shortstop celebrating his 100th post since F3 Kinston was launched. Huge accomplishment, reflecting his heart and dedication to the PAX and himself. T-Claps sir!

With a good amount of guys making their way over from Knight School, we ended up with 16 ready for a great morning, and the sunrise was spectacular! (No Chestnut was to be found though)

Amazing morning fellas! Loved seeing guys push not just each other but always encouraging the man beside them and picking up the 6. That’s what makes F3 special. So much more happens at F3 besides the physical and you fellas live that out in how you lead.

Prayer for those battling cancer and Covid as well as other illnesses. Bible Study tomorrow and CSAUP in 2 weeks.
