Warm up: SSH 20 IC, 3 Burpee OYO, SSH 20 IC, 3 Burpee OYO,SSH 20 IC, 3 Burpee OYO

Thang: Take KB and ruck to far front corner of parking lot.  Ruck thrusters (21 IC) leave ruck and then carry KB to other end of parking lot where we did curls and triceps extension go back. Rinse and repeat 3 time (replaced curls/extensions with high pulls, KB merkins, rows). Ruck back to the flag.
