This was my first Q at #ABoyNamedSue and it is a great AO to be the Q for.  Using rucks and bells gives you lots of options.  As always, I like to focus on the upper body, so it went down this way:

  • SSH x 25; Good Mornings x12
  • Bear crawl merkin ladder with rucks:  bear crawl across the lot and do 10 merkins; mosey back and do 9; bear crawl back for 8, etc.
  • Ruck shuffle around the lot
  • V-Ups x 20; Heels to Heaven x 20
  • Curls x 20; Tri extensions x20; lawn mowers x 20 (hillbillies and IWs for recovery) – 3 sets
  • Ruck shuffle around the lot
  • V-Ups x 20; Heels to Heaven x 20
  • Handy Merk/Chilcutt 11s
