Today we honor all Veterans, I got to BLP early to set up 2 shovel flags that were spaced 22 yards apart (a yard for every veteran that commits suicide a day). At 0530 we started by skipping the warmup and going straight into the thang.

The thang consisted of a really simple concept bring the pain in the worst way possible which is Burpees. The Thang was partner carry the 22 yards and each partner did 11 Burpees after each carry. With the instruction to modify as needed. We did this up until about 9 minutes before quitting time then we had a date with Roxanne to end the work out.
