Hiny needed a Q and Mayhem was up to the task. Arrived at BLP to find a small but eager PAX ready to roll. Started promptly at 5:30am (yes we have witnesses).

Warm Up

  • Good Mornings x 10
  • Good Nights x 10
  • SSH x 10
  • High Knees x 10
  • Butt Kickers x 10

The THANG

Catch me if you can – partner up; partner 1 does 2 Burpees while partner 2 runs backwards around the BLP loop. Catch your partner, they perform 2 Burpees, and become the chaser.

YHC then led the PAX over to the Rock Pile, encouraged them to choose a rock in the medium range for high reps, but not too small. We lined up facing the traffic circle and did kind of a DORA 200 with a partner

  • Curls – 200
  • Tricep Extensions – 200
  • Rows – 200

Return rocks to the rock pile and mosey over o the far softball field.  Partner up again and start behind HOME plate. Run opposite way of your partner along the outfield grass to behind 2nd Base. Meet up with your partner and perform the BLIMPS exercise. Continue until you meet behind HOME. Rinse and repeat until all BLIMPS are done.

  • Imperial Walkers x 15
  • Merkins x 20
  • Plank Jacks x 25
  • Squats x 30

Mosey over to the shelter where YHC informed the PAX we would take turns calling out Picnic Table related exercises in reps of 20.  YHC led off:

  • Table top sit ups x 20
  • LBC x 20
  • Freddie Mercuries x 20
  • Super Step Ups x 20
  • American Hammers x 20
