When YHC arrived at Blast Off YHC was glad to see a good number of PAX had already arrived, YHC got out to greet the Pax that where there and casually asked who was Q’ing today? The response YHC got was “I don’t know, thought San Fran was supposed to Q”. YHC did not see a flag out so went and got one. Checked the clock and time was ticking down, when the time hit 5:30 YHC made the following annoucement. “I have some good news and some bad news, The good news is it’s 5:30, the bad news is it’s 5:30 and we have no Q.” YHC thought about what could be done in this situation and decided that YHC could use the wenkie that YHC had just done at the new AO on Wednesday ALL BALLS at Elm Street park. So a plan was laid and with a few modifications a beatdown was born, so without further ado let’s get started.  It was a beautiful morning with a strong turnout of 11 PAX with two additional Pax showing up at the end for and even baker’s dozen of 13. No FNG’s today, gave standard Disclaimer

ROCK PILE – CURLS, TRICEPS, ROWS, HALLELUJAHS, SQUATS, CHEST PRESS AND OTHER ASSORTED EXERCISES AROUND THE CIRCLE UNTIL EVERYONE HAD LEAD AN EXERCISE X 15+ EA. We actually went around the circle 1 and 1/2 times so some Pax got the pleasure of double time on the big rock. Some Pax had difficulty picking up the apparently heavy rock that was choosen today and so chose to do exercises that did not require them to pick up the rock, they shall remain nameless at this time.

Then Mosey or in the new terminology of F3ENC “Mo Easy” over to the playgound equipment for some fun with 11’s in this case the elevens where.

Moleskin: As always it was a pleasure leading some great HIM’s on the daily journey of Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. YHC enjoyed the time spent and the effort put forth by all the PAX. We had another fantastic workout and great fellowship today and I got to know some PAX better. YHC loves how F3 gives each and everyone of us the opportunity to step out of our comfort zone and grow in all aspects of our lives. Until the next time, see you in the gloom.
