3 PAX met at 0440 for an EC Ruck and was able to log 2.7 miles and had some good mumblechatter on the upcoming BRR. Back to the flag at 0530 and had 5 more PAX ready to roll. Circled up and short disclaimer given. Told the PAX that we would be focusing on the number 13 today to pay our respect to the 13 soldiers that lost their life last week in Afghanistan.  Before we began, wanted to say thanks to the former military that were in the Gloom with us at BLP; Red Box, Frank the Tank and Bookworm… thank you for your service brothers. We started off with “1” burpee. Then YHC instructed the PAX that we were going to run the loop “3” times. At each intersection, we would stop, go back for the six and when we were all together, perform 13 reps of an exercise. Lap one focused on arms. Lap two focused on the core and lap three focused on legs. Exercises included;

With about 4min left, we headed to the wall for People Chair with a 13 count from each PAX then BTTW for an extremely fast 13 count. Back to the flag for “1” burpee then COT
