This morning at Blastoff we had 8 PAX that chose to make themselves better.

We started with The Pledge of Allegiance.

Side Straddle Hop, Merkins, Hallelujah’s- 10 reps 3 sets

1 lap around BLP and met in the middle between softball fields.

partnered up- one partner ran to second light pole while other partner did the below exercise.  We did each exercise and ran to the second light pole and back 3 times each exercise.

squats, lunges, monkey humpers, LBC’s, Flutter Kicks

ran around the first softball field and back to the flag

LBC’s until 45 minute mark
