The triptafen half-life must be 24 hours or so ;-). I was a little worried that no one was going to show when I pulled into BLP at 5:25 and there were no other cars. 3 minutes later I was joined by Erie.  I planted my flag and at 5:30 gave one of the shortest disclaimers and got started.

The Thang:

Went to the rockpile: 25 curls for the girls, 25 rows, 25 hallelujahs OYO, R&R.

We headed to center to start a series of being thankful. From the center, we mosey out to perform an exercise, mosey back to the center to mention something we are thankful for, head out in another direction until all four intersections were covered.

Round 1, Merkins: regular merkins, diamond merkins, offset merkins first with right hand forward and then left hand forward.

Round 2, Legs: 25 squats x2, lunges, and gorilla humpers

Round 3, Marys: WW1, WW2, LBCs and American Hammers

With about 7 minutes left we took off for lap around BLP and finished our last minute with 25 flutter kicks IC.
