Shrimp hand the Q over to Charlie Brown.

Mosey to bottom of mountain to begins Jacobs Ladder. Run to top and do 1 Burpee, run back down and repeat until 7 Burpees. OYO.Plank to recover.

Dan Taylor makes return appearance. Start at bottom with 1 squat to 4 lunges work up to 5 squats and 20 lunges, run back to bottom and plank. OYO. More Dan Taylor with 1 lunge to 4 squats work up to 5 lunges and 20 squats, RUN back to flag circle and plank. OYO

Form large circle and Roxanne starts. Hold plank position and every time Roxanne is sung  do a merkin and each time “Red Light” is sung do a plank jack. Heard lots of MumbleChatter from the PAX.
