YHC talked to Early Bird about the possibility of not being the Q because of kids basketball early Saturday morning.  Early Bird suggested that he would bring all the weights and all I needed to do was show up.  YHC arrived at 6:15 am to see a couple of PAX cars (that we’re exploring-Rucker’s) and Early Bird trying to get to 1000 miles by June.  A total of 5 pax posted.

arm circles x 15 IC

15 minute AMRAP

10 squat Thrusters w 35, 45 lb bars

15 burpees

Run around building

rinse and repeat until time is up

7 rounds of the following

15 curl to Overhead press

5 pull-ups

30 single under jump rope or 10 Double Under

Overhead lunges 5 each leg then 5 burpees repeated for 7 minutes

YHC got some nasty looks since we stole FIA spot this morning.

It was good having Gravity join us from CapeFear F3.
