Good mornings, Sun gods,  SSH, 5 burpee penalty for tardiness

The Thang:

1/2 MIle Run and meet back at the flag and wait for the 6

Head to wall for 3 rounds of 1 min Balls to wall on side  and 3 rounds of 1 min partner knee highs

 Mosey to middle wall for irkins and dirkins 15 reps each for 3 rounds

Mosey to the hill for 7s: squats at the top, lunge down hill, dirkins at bottom and reverse bear crawl up hill

 Back to the flag for Mary
