BEAST – 6 Exercises, 6 Stops, 6 Reps at each stop – Run back

  1. Burpees
  2. Squats
  3. Merkins
  4. Jump High Knees
  5. Hand Release Merkins
  6. Lungees (6 each leg)

Mosey to the Pick-Nick Tables and Pair Up

  1. Sit Ups and Irkins – 100 per team
  2. Dips and Dirkins – 100 per team

Mosey back to where it all started and circle up for 1 round of Guantanamo
