4 Pax braved the cold weather and ice for Breakdown on 1/24.  We also had to meet at EC Cats do to the park being closed.

warm up: side straddle hope, good mornings, and good evenings.

Workout:  throughout the workout we did burpees to total 100.  Started off with burpees then jogged to the track and each intersection did set of 10 burpees, merkins, Imperial Walkers and Jump Squats.  We ran into some ice so we did not go around a second time for sets of 5.  Instead we picked spots to run to in the BLP parking lot.  Then we went to the picnic area for more burpees, irkens, step ups and dips.  We then ran back to the EC Cats parking lot to finish off 100 burpees, did a round of Merry and 3 sprints.
