Rain was in the forecast but that did not stop 24 men from posting. The rain stayed away long enough to assure we did not return home wet.

  • Hairband Mile (1/4 mile run, plank until all present)

Monkey Humpers x10 (Squats while grabbing inside of ankles)

7 minutes of GRIF OYO (Sprint 100 yards, back peddle 50 yards, sprint remaining 50 yards then 10 sit ups, repeat until time expires)

Brick House (aka Commodore) at three stations (new exercise)
