The Thang:

Warm-up- Disc of Death. String Bean flipped the Frisbee like a coin. One side was burpees and the other was merkins. 13 of each.

Twice around the park with stops at each sidewalk intersection.
1st stop- 5 burpees
2nd stop- 10 pull-ups
3rd stop- 15 merkins
4th stop- 20 squats
Rinse & repeat

Big Rock Tournament
Prior to the work-out, the two Q’s went to the rock pile and picked out the largest stone available… easily 50 lbs. All PAX mosey to the rock pile and pick one…circle-up…drop your rock and bear crawl to your left until the Q says to stop. Wherever you stop-that’s your new rock. Now from the center, the Q calls a pax to join him at the Big Rock where the junior Q calls 13 curls, tricep extentions, rows…whatever he desires. The junior Q has to do the reps with the Big Rock while site Q uses the pax’s little rock. Aproximately 8 men handles the stone.

Mosey to shelter for a set of 13 dips and 13 erkins.

Mosey to the backstop for 10 count (each) Balls to the Wall

Mosey back to the flag for some Mary
