I have been sick for about a week so I have been ready to get back out in the gloom. I am still a little messed up but I was ready to embrace the cough and beat myself down along with some great PAX members as well. What a great Monday morning it was, come along with YHC to find out what the PAX ran into this morning.
There was a 440 EC Ruck. Not sure who was there because I was just sliding out the FARTSACK. But I am sure Patch was.

Mosey to the Rock Pile. Grab a rock make sure its a good rock, not to big but not to small. Mosey with your Rock to the tree line out beside the road.
11 Tree the run along the road. Run with you rock and Alternate tree going down and back
Down- 10 count each Curls for the girls and over head tricep extensions
Back- 10 count each Over head Press and forward press
Mumble Chatter was very minimal during this. The PAX seemed joyed to spark the rocks.

Run to the Opposite side of BLP in between the two fields. Partner Up. One partner does the exercise while the other jogs to the other fence then switch on the return.

Since the mumble chatter during this said that is not a very long distance between exercise. We stayed here for some more beatdown

Patch asked me a while back if I would Q the Breakdown. Yea bud so I put it on my personal calendar SO I WOULDN’T FORGET!!!No but for real it was a great morning with all these fine men. We took on the gloom together and pushed each other to become better men. There is just something about this brotherhood that keeps pushing me to be better. Thanks to all the PAX that are posting and working hard to make themselves as well as others better.
