-100 shoulder taps while balls to the wall OYO (if you drop off the wall, 3 burpees then get some more)

-100 alternating high knees while in peoples chair OYO

TO THE PLAYGROUND

-Warmup for Murph coming up- AMRAP

-5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, 20 flutter kicks (why not) for 10 minutes.

 

-Lunge up to the circle, run around a half lap to the sidewalk near the flag, duck walk back to start of the lunging point. And repeat. This was fun.

 

TO THE ROCKS

-Static overhead hold for a 10 count by each PAX

-10 curls

-10 tricep extensions

-Static overhead hold for a 10 count by each PAX

-15 curls

-15 tricep extensions

-Static overhead hold for a 15 count by each PAX

-Static overhead hold for a 5 count by each PAX
