The Thang

A brief Indian run around BLP stopping on the way around at the road leading to the circle.  Did lunges and squats to the circle.  Then a quick mosey to the small wall at the center of the ball fields.

Partnered up for some DORA.  100 merkins, 200 LBC’s, and 300 flutter kicks(2 is 1).  Partner would run halfway down to the light pole.  I realized quickly that the 2 is 1 flutter kicks was a little ambitious, so I modified to 200.

We then moseyed to the picnic tables.  Did some 7’s, erkins at the tables and pull-ups at the playground.  Each trip to and from the picnic tables required step ups over 1 set of tables.

Moseyed to the big wall, people’s chair while a PAX would get front and center and do 10 squats, then next person until 1 rotation.  Then balls to the wall for 10 shoulder taps OYO.

Back to the flag, 10 merkins.  Then multiple 40 yrd sprints with merkins, mountain climbers and squats thrown in.

Moleskin

This was my first Q in over a year.  I was a little nervous, not about messing up but about having a physically challenging, yet enjoyable, workout.  The turn-out was great and judging by the mumble-chatter and sweat a good time and workout was enjoyed by all.  Until next time!
