It was a fantastic morning after a great night sleep after what turned out to be a long and somewhat rough weekend.  YHC had a lot of energy for this workout and was ready to rock and roll this morning.  Alarm went off, and off to BLP we go.  The PAX rolled in, after a quick disclaimer we began.

The Thang:

Tempo Merkins-15

Up-Downs (Wimpie started mumble chatter so I lost count so we kept going until I remembered the number.)

Form two lines and sprint to the tree.  Losing team does 20 up-downs, while winning team only does 10.  YHC must say Charlie Brown, Splinter, and Crack-corn have some wheels.  These young guys can move!

Suicide Blimps- Sprint to tree and complete Blimps.

After we completed Blimps, we did them again but backwards and would end with 30 burpees.  That really made the PAX happy and started the mumblechatter.

Mosey to the wall for People’s Chair or Balls To The Wall and complete 5 merkins.  Rinse and repeat twice.

Mosey around to complete a lap and finish with some Mary.

This workout seemed to be excellent and hopes that the entire PAX enjoyed the beatdown.  A lot has gone on this weekend so the entire drive back from South Carolina after the loss YHC thought of something for the workout, trying to get gas after waiting in line because of the panic and not getting any YHC thought of something for the workout, and when YHC’s tire was flat and had to change the spare and the spare was flat, YHC thought of the workout.  Needless to say YHC was ready and amped up for this workout because a lot went wrong this weekend, but a lot seemed to go right for this workout and hope he PAX enjoyed it.
