The workout was set the night before, YHC wanted a Christmas theme workout, so YHC remembers Hokie’s Christmas in July.  The idea was “borrowed”, exercises were made and there it was.  Unfortunately today marked the 13th day until Christmas, so YHC decided to make it “13 days of Christmas.”  The PAX rolled it, exchanged pleasantries and we began!

The thang:

SSH IC

Good Mornings IC

The workout was as follows with the day number representing the rep count.  Every time we added a day, we would repeat each exercise back to day 1.

Day1- Run .25 mile( The marking points was the picnic equipment and the bottom of the hill.  The picnic equipment is normally called the exercise equipment according to IT, but if you call something one name long enough it will stick…so behold the picnic equipment.)

Day 2- Jump Squats

Day 3- Chill-Cut Peter Parkers

Day 4- Agitators

Day 5- Merkins

Day 6- Jump Squats

Day 7-Carolina Dry Docks

Day 8- Up downs

Day 9- Crab Jacks

Day 10- Diamond Merkins (On Day YHC got out of order and tried to forget the Dry Docks..luckily ABU is didn’t judge and corrected YHC.

Day 11- Gorilla Humpers

Day 12- Burpees (Unfortunately time got us here, so we completed the 11 days of Christmas)

Moleskin:

It was a good workout by all, and glad to see some familiar faces.  Each PAX worked hard, and did great.  During the prayer YHC mentioned not forgetting the reason for the season, and as we get older that never becomes more evident then all of the great things that the PAX and community have stepped up to do.  Each and every man in this group are striving to be better husbands, father, and more importantly men of God.  Keep working hard and pushing the rock, but also being a servant is just as important.

Merry Christmas!
