Fluidity, thing are constantly in flux. YHC was supposed to be out of town this week and had Head-locked Duff into Q’ing. Projects get pushed back and hot water heaters burst and here YHC is at BLP with 10 minutes to put together a workout.  YHC planted the #ShovelFlag and went to introduce myself to the Pax member that I had yet to meet, or so I thought..  “Hey! I’m Joker, we’ll get started in just a few minutes.” This guy just looked at me with just a bit of suspicion.  *Backs up and regroups – “you here for the F3 workout?”  -Just here to get a little exercise-  *I’ve got about 5 minutes to HeadLock this guy!  YHC is unsure how it happened, I’ll chalk it up to the ability of veterans to recognize one another and have a certain level of instinctual trust, but when the time came he became one of us and joined the circle.

Cable’s intensity was infectious and YHC ended up smoking himself.  Throughout the whole workout YHC kept thinking about how #HIM push each other just by proximity.  The natural competition balanced by camaraderie.
