This morning YHC received a message from Charlie Brown asking if I could Q this afternoon’s workout, to which I replied “Im sure I can come up with something brutal!”

The Thang

As we know Rambo doesn’t do warm ups!

We broke it down by age and went in descending order of age for the running part.

Each member of the Pax would take a turn making 1 lap around the concrete track while carrying a 45lb plate.

While each Pax was making their lap the remainder of the Paxs were doing ARAP circuit training with

5 Pull ups

10 Squats and

15 Merkins

After each Pax had made their lap with the 45Lb plate it was time to work back up from the bottom of the age bracket but we were short on time so 2 Paxs ran while the other 2 Paxs started a new circuit which consisted of

5 Leg raises

10 Flooder Kicks and

15 Hello Dollys
