Dude it was great being back at BLP and we jumped right into it.

  • 20 Mekins
  • Run to the rock pile and grab the biggest rock
  • we did 15 reps of the following exercises: Rows, Shoulder Press, Triceps Press and curls and passing the rock to the left between each exercise
  • Repeat!
  • Did LT. Dan’ back to the flag
  • Here we did the deck of death: Hearts – Burpess, Diamonds – Merkins, Spaces – WWII, and Clubs – Squats
  • Run to the circle and pair up
  • One partner does quick feet as the other does lunges around the circle, then switch
  • One partner does LBC as the other runs backwards
  • One partner does merkins as the other bear crawl around
