Deep Dish put out a call early as the new BuildUp site Q, so I was happy to get a chance to get back there for some fun around BLP. These post-holiday January and February months can be tough on anyone, so YHC decided to focus again on gratitude and making thankfulness a daily practice — not only does it help improve your outlook, it also improves your health! Deep Dish, Red Box, Just the Tip and YHC got in about 20 minutes of EC running to get us warmed up too.

Thus, we got to it!

Warm up: side straddle hops, good mornings, good nights, and merkens

Mosey to the rock pile for rotations of curls for the girls, tricep extensions, bent over rows, shoulder presses, and front holds. 5 rotations of differing weight rocks with 15-20 reps of each exercise

Mosey to the shelter for a mix of dips, step ups, derkens, and squats. 100 for each exercise, total for each PAX.

Mosey to the wall for chicken chasers, BTTW, and peoples chair.

Mosey to the flag for a series of sprints, 6 total.

Finished with a round of Mary.

The PAX did a great job with a variety of exercises for this Q; all pushed hard!
