INDIAN run up mount Boyd lee. 7 slow v ups, 7 merkins , 7 squats increasing to 14 and 21 each with each pax leading. Bear crawl to Stairs at press box. Go up and down.
More 7 and 14,s , then mosey to umbrella. Partner up with on running to volleyball and back while other does 5 squats and 5 lunges each leg. Tag and repeat twice.
Two man Indian run back towards flag. Stop at sidewalk for more v ups, merkins and squats. Move to parking lot. One burpee , lunge to next tree increasing to 8 burpees at finish. Mosey to shelter. Lots of irkins, step ups,super step ups, super step ups and over and back, and one leg squats. Partner with new partner. One runs to playground for 10 pull ups while partner does jump squats. Tag and repeat twice. Jail break to flag. A certain 56 year old pax was fastest.
5 minutes of Mary with each pax leading at least one.
