Before we began, I recommended the PAX completed the exercises in 20 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats. Patch asked if we were going to do the exercises together in cadence. YHC laughed and said negative. Shrimp (I believe) followed with there is F1, then there is FU. Haha. I set the timer on my phone and on the beep we were off. Despite completing at different times, we all picked each other up and finished strong with at least one brother by our side.
