Warmups include – The Pledge, side straddle hops, arm circles, cotton pickers, and merkins

The Thang:

Suicides @ the meadows – bear crawl to the first light pole, 10 merkins, bear crawl back to start.  Bear crawl back to first light, 10 merkins, lunge to second light, 10 squats.  Lunge back to first light, 10 merkins, bear crawl back to start.  Same sequence to 2nd light, travelling burpee (2 steps and a burpee) to third light, 10 LBCs.  Same sequence back to starting line, then same sequence back to third light.  Bunny hop to the fourth light, 10 side straddle hops, and same sequence all the way back to the starting line.

F3 baseball @ The Meadows – split the group into two five man teams. As a combined team, 100 reps had to be done at each base.  First base was merkin rolls, second base LBCs, third base monkey humpers, and home was flutter kicks.  The mode of transportation between bases had to be unconventional, aka no walking or running forward.  This repeated for a duration of 20 minutes.  Team 1 cheated so team 2 won, I was team 2.

Lastly the tunnel of love – preachers chair, balls to the wall, and dirty hook up.  Rinse and repeat.
