10 Pax came out in the gloom to set up a strong foundation that focused on form (including use of the not-so-large rocks on the TD side of the stadium) and increased the suck as we progressed.  Mall walkers started with the warmups, mall walked, and met back at 6:15

WARM UP

THE THANG

-Worked around the stadium.

-First stop: benches for 7s of hand release merkins and dips with bear crawls in between

-Second/Third stop: to the gates for a series of exercises, with pax adding to the load

-Moseyed to the mast in the back of the stadium for a series of curls (3 way), shoulder presses, tricep extensions, bent over rows, and hallelujas- Pax carried their rocks doing hallelujas after each set to the second light post and back for the first run, then carrying their rocks for the remaining sets.

-To the tunnel for alternating series of BTTW/chicken peckers and people’s chair

-Back to the flag- finished with Mary, where Silverado, who graciously added burpees earlier in the workout, decided to contribute concrete WW2s.
