Warm Up:  10 MC; 10 High Knees; 10 Butt Kickers; 1 burpee for fun

 

The Thang: Mosey to the lower Minges parking lot near the bus stop for suicides.  Split in to two teams and do the following with your team:

 

Round One:  Run suicides to each of the six light poles and return to the bus stop and do all these exercises after each light pole visit:  5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 WWI;

 

Round Two: Run 3 suicides using the 6th, 4th& 2ndlight poles and do 5 derkins; 10 dips and 15 LBC’s after each light pole visit

 

Round Three:  Sprint to the third light pole and do 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 WWI; as a group

 

Round Four:  Sprint back to the bus stop and do 5 derkins; 10 dips and 15 LBC’s as a group
