OK, lucky for everyone!! The night before I was scheduled to Q, I saw on Facebook that I had the Q, or I won’t have made it!

Warm-up

Merkins, good morning, merkins, Side straddle hopes, merkins

Da-Thung

Go to the parking lot, lunge to ever other row and do 10 merkins.

Next run to ever other row in the parking lot and do 15 squats.

Lastly run to ever other row in the parking lot and do 20 empire walkers

Now we find and awesome hill and do 5 rounds of the following:

  • 10 merkins at the bottom of the hill
  • 15 squats at the middle of the hill
  • 20 empire walkers on the top of the hill

Following this we went to the pirate and did 20 dips, followed by 20 step ups.

Next ran the stairs and did a round of Mary.
