First time being the Q at Eagles Ridge. I killed it, I should to Q schools.

Started with the caterpillar

Went to gate 9 and did 20 of the following: Dericans, foot release squats and WWII

Went to college hill and did 15 fat boy pull-ups, followed by step-up down the planters

Went to the bottom of college hill where we partner up. One partner did 3 burpee pull-ups as the other partner did plank-jacks. (did three rounds)

Ran up college hill backwards

Bear crawl to the stairs and did 15 more fat boys pull-ups

Went to gate 9 and did the same exercises

Went to gate 5 and did the caterpillar again

Ran up and down the stairs until 6:15
