Ruck Challenge for July was the Ice Cream Ruck! Wednesday had a PAX of 34, we couldn’t all make it then so 9 more showed for today!
We started at Minges and took the Greenway between Charles and Evans, then turned left onto Arlington.
We all enjoyed our Ice Cream, except Half-way (she met us when we were leaving, hence the name)!
We headed back down Arlington, left onto Greenville Blvd, left onto Charles and back to Minges!
Good times of Fitness & Fellowship catching up with Employee Discount after some years, meeting some of NoIDeer’s other 2.0’s, and catching up with Four Leaf & Yoda!
