Monkee Humpers. Stretch Right, Left, Center. With hands, walk out to plank and 5 merkins. Arm circles both directions. Stretch up. Quick jaunt toward Minges Meadow for some. ‘K L I M P S’…Blimps older brother.

Start with 5 Kraken Burpees (3 hand release merkins, then burpee, = 1). 10 Lunges 2 is 1. 15 Imperial walkers 2 is 1. 20 merkins. 25 plank jacks. 30 SALAD SQUATS. Rinse and Flip: HERE, however: 5 squats, 10 plank jacks, 15 merkins, 20 Imperial Walkers, 25 Lunges, THIRTY Kraken Burpees……………..snake getting crushed.

Mumbling hardly evident as sucking air was at a premium. These eagles never stopped. Even runners were invited….they kept right on running.

Toward the Natatorium Side wall facing Charles for PPL’s chair up and down with arm raising variations and 20 count, each pax. Rest briefly. Planking exercises then followed and then w/o rest, steady tension struck hard back on the wall for more ppl’s chair.

The Kut Shuffle was next as we headed toward the bottom of the hill, near tennis court. Instructions: Crawl Bear up this hill and 1 Burpee, just for fun at the top.

Tunnel o Pain for some enhanced voices in ppl chairing and single leg hopping back and forth (calves). Said, Hey to the lady pirates and ECU’s foosball coach as we made Minges Mountain for a lap ten to the shovel flag for 15 fluttering kicks.

Praying for: Easy Rider, Gamecock, FIL-maybe stomach cancer, not sure for Minnesota Fats, Bull Frog’s mom and some health issues and how that effects the M, Condor and stress associated with planning/overserving, Bullfrog working his hips, Wild Thang, Softshell,  Punch Out, Fruity Pebbles – a teacher’s son passed. 5 year old EJ and organ failure. Multiple hurting men. Reach on out. Do the Right thing.
