5:30 SHARP

First order of business was- Pledge of Allegiance

Warm up- 20 cotton pickers, 20 hallelujah, 20 squat, and 20 Michael Phelps

Workout began with a mosey over to circle. We then did 3 sets of 10 starting with 10 step ups, 10 dips finishing it off with 10 sit down squats.

Then took another mosey around parking lot to the meadow. There we did the workout called the B.O.M.B.S.

Partner up keeping social distancing and started out with B.=50 Burpees, O.=100 Overhead Claps, M=150 Merkins, B=200 Big Boy Sit-ups, S=250 Squats. I am pretty sure everyone loved this lol.

Then we ran over to building and did 2 sets of peoples chair counting to 20.
