Super glad to be able to Q at the stadium again.  It has been awhile since I had posted here, so what better way to get back out then to Q.  I put out on Twitter a idea of mountain climbing, and nowhere else has great hills, so I knew this AO would be the best for this idea.  Clock stuck 5:30 and we were off.

Jump Squat Indian Run around the stadium.  Go around 1 time Mosey to the bottom of the hill on Ficklen Dr.

We would use the hill for most of our exercises. Instructions were given to partner up and complete the following. Each exercise was done on your own and when you finish come back for the 6.

  1. Side-by side Bear Crawl
    1. Merkins at top
  2. Reverse Bear Crawl
    1. Merkins at top
  3. Buddy Carries- Flip Flop
    1. Squats at top
  4. Fire man Carries-Flip Flop
    1. Squats at top
  5. Fire man Carries switching Weight on the shoulder
    1. Squats at top
  6. Pax Choice for final 3 rounds of, and had to switch for the final 2 rounds.
    1. Wheel Barrow
    2. Fireman Carry
    3. Buddy Carry
    4. Merkins after each of them.

Mosey to the hill behind our hill and form two lines.  Spring to the top complete 1 burpee and plank when your not running.  May have been the slowest relay in HISTORY!

Mosey back to the flag together, but one last wrinkle stop at each brick path by the light pole for 1 burpee each time.

Back to the flag for 3 Mary exercises and that was it, 6:15!

It was nice to be back at the stadium again, and I wished Circuit Rider had posted but he texted me the night before and said he had a sinus infection.  We missed ya buddy!  Glad to have a solid crew today in what felt like a good beat down, hopefully you made a new buddy with all the fireman and buddy carries.
