To let you know about the title, Mellow Johnny, Early Bird, Boner (oops his name is Bono, not Boner), and myself are all in a squat challenge. We all sign up to do 10,000 squats in 90 days and we have until Saturday to finish. Everyone finished this week but me and with only 400 remaining I was seeing how many I could knock out this morning.

Warm-up

We started with pick 5 for 50 where we pick 5 different exercises and do the 50 times each.

  • Squats (of course)
  • airkins

Next we went to the pirate and did the following:

  • 25 squats
  • bear crawl around the pirate
  • 25 hallelujah
  • backwards bear crawl around the pirate
  • 25 Hallelujah
  • Lunge around the pirate
  • 15 flutter kicks
  • Lunge around the pirate
  • 15 flutter kicks

Next we went to the bottom of the hill

  • Jacob’s ladder squats up to 7 times
  • Jacob’s ladder merkins up to 7 times
  • 26 Squats

Last we return to the flag

  • 25 more squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 30 mountain climbers IC
  • 25 Implerial Walkers
