Originally I had planned to Q for the 3rd quarter assessment test. Due to tomorrow’s big event, I modified it to have a “moderate” beatdown.

Mosey around the parking lot to the grassy hill.
7s with Carolina Dry Docks, sprint uphill, Squats at top then mosey down

Mosey to tennis courts
4 corners – 25 Merkins, lunge to other side – 25 WWIIs, bear crawl to corner, – 25 Plank Jacks, lunge to other end, – 25 Freddie Mercuries, then bear crawl back to start.

Mosey to the pirate fountain
25 dips
25 step ups right leg
25 dips
25 step up left leg
plank for a minute and 1 burpee for fun

mosey to grassy area by flag
Each pax choose a Mary then ran to stairs, up and back while pax performs the mary. We rotated around the circle. Moseyed back to stairs one more time then stretched for the final couple of minutes
