Yhc woke up to some rain this morning so he did not know what numbers to expect from the Pax. Once I arrived at DFS the rain had stopped and it was quite pleasant out. Yhc had kicked around some different ideas this weekend about what to do to challenge the pax. Yhc actually came up with a whole new routine called the “inch worm” but after Aquaman introduced a DFS version of the Murph on Friday Yhc just could not get it out of his mind. Besides my legs were hurting until Sunday from all the squats. During the weekend a couple of more Murph references crossed my path so Yhc felt it was meant to be for me to do a rinse and repeat on Monday morning. The “inch worm” would have to wait for another day. Yhc was pleasantly surprised to see eight willing Pax roll in, especially the return of Coach K who took most of softball season off. A disclaimer was given and we were off.

The Thang:

Not wanting to be completely identical to Aquaman Yhc decided to start with 15 Burpees oyo. From there we lunged from gate 6 to gate 11 of DFS. At gate 11 each pax member was responsible for 100 dips oyo, 200 merkins any style oyo, 300 squats. After all finished we lunged back to the flag. We did a few rounds of mary that some Pax called out but Yhc cant remember exactly what they were. Flutter Kicks, hammers, and rosalittas I think.

Prayers wer lifted up and Yhc prayed us out.
