Great seeing that big ‘ol shiny Ford (foundonroaddead) with Kotter, Crack Corn. Welcome. Storm Troopers: CH, BF, ER, and Jimmy CC busted it around on the terra cotta. Slalom got his head band adjusted just right. The PAX welcomed Christian Jacobsen as an FNG, who was invited from church. A few SSH, then YHC aimed the PAX to Mt. Murphy for a lap, then back. Gloves secure and ready for the ‘Bear Hell’.
Divided the Pax. Then we all started with 20 Burpees. Then one half Bear Crawled from Gate 6 to 8; the other half Bear Crawled from the shovel flag to the middle entrance of Minges basket ball arena. At this point, completed 20 WWII’s.
Walk back to starting point, 19 Burpees. Bear Crawl. 19 WWII’s. Walk back……….Did this with the intention of heading to the completion of 1 Burpee. YHC did an audible. Showed Mercy; don’t like the idea of ‘Hell Naw, Nothing’. Some modified. Off and on these men were crushing and fighting through this bear hell. (How to YOU press through? Who do you have that encourages YOU?). Drone and Popeye kept ‘smiles’ on their sweaty faces. We all had leakage from our heads 2 our paws……………..
Circle Benches for a couple of Rounds of: Dips, Dirkins, Irkins, Step-Ups, at least 20; near bout everybody got a turn in leading today. Slim even did his amazing “10” for a a count. Since the upper body was about toast around this aroma, Showboat smiled as YHC called on him to lead in some BOOM SQUATS (jump squats, yelling boom at the top o the jump)
Balls to The Wall at Gate 6 for a 10 count. People’s Chair next for a Punch-Out Special (punching out while counting).
Bear Crawl toward the Shovel Flag. Circled Up for a bit o Mary: American ‘Corncrake’ Hammers. Flutter kicking, Newfie Style (he wouldn’t quit; bout like catching that wahoo. He kept on n on n on). Just for FUN, Stern led us on his Birthday with, “One Burpee”, (like we hadn’t completed any). That’s all I remember at the moment. God Bless Ya’ll and make it a great day that God has provided.
