The Thang

Started off with a warm-up of The Bermuda Triangle:

  1. 5 Merkins bear crawl 30 yds
  2. 5 Freddy mercury’s bear crawl 30 yds
  3. 5 squats bear crawl 30 yds
  4. Rinse and repeat 3 times, add 5 reps every station

The next workout was stolen from MA Bell on Saturdays Santa Ruck, The 12 days of Christmas, but modified:

Each PAX was given an exercise listed below in clockwise order.  When it was the PAX’s exercise they led the exercise, starting with the first day of Christmas and working our way up all the way to the 12th day of Christmas.  This exercise takes about 25 minutes and is a real ball buster, thanks MA Bell!!

  1. Lay Down Get Up
  2. Jump Squat
  3. Shoulder Taps (2 is 1)
  4. Peter Parkers (2 is 1)
  5. Burpees
  6. Merkins
  7. Mountain climbers (2 is 1)
  8. Flutter Kicks (cadence)
  9. Side Straddle Hops (cadence)
  10. LBC
  11. American Hammer (cadence)
  12. Crab Cakes (2 is 1)

After completion of Christmas the PAX mustard up the strength to do a round of preachers chair and balls to the wall
