0530 Beat Down

Warmed up with a few warm ups, moseyed over to the stairs and did some calve raises. We then did a several workouts around the pirate. Then we went over in front of Town Bank Tower and did some strength conditioning with some rocks. Everyone loves working out with rocks. Then we ended it with the tunnel of pain. Balls to the walls and then some peoples chair. When we got back to flag we had couple minutes of Mary. Great Moring it was!!!!
