YHC arrived as the EC folks finished. Gave the disclaimer and NO WARMUP ( no good mornings, no little circles, just get moving).

Mosey towards Minges. Start Pyramid up and down. 1 squat, 1 merkin, 1 lunge (each leg). Bear crawl to next stop then 2 each . Run with partner to bottom of Charles Blvd, then 3 each. Cross Charles to start of mill run Greenway, then 4 each. Various exercises (bear crawl, side shuffle, back pedal, sprints) between stations. Worked up to 11 each , then turned around and came back down. Interspersed were 50 LBC’s led by Popeye, 40 Flutter kicks led by Psycho, other stuff led by Cold Cut and Stern. Crossed back on Charles to bus stop. Partner up and comfortable jog as team to bottom stop sign then sprint at fastest possible pace to top of hill. Added 1 burpee increasing to 10 with the other three exercises. Met back up with Stormtrooper Coat Hanger.

Great fun exploring the greenway today with full complement of exercises. Tremendous PAX and mumble chatter. Some great work by all and in picking up the 6.

Prayers for couples and kids going through separation and divorce. Those struggling with alcohol, money, relationships. Popeye mentioned someones physical need for prayer. Several others mentioned including disasters happening around us. YHC closed us out. Remember today that you are not so bad and have done nothing so bad that you are beyond the reach of God’s grace and that you are not so good that you are not in constant need of God’s grace.
