Warm-up

SSH, IWs, Squats… rinse and repeat…. yes, rinse and repeat the warm-up, because reasons.

Ran around to the southern side of the stadium for some stretching and small talk.

another round of warm-ups because why not?

Next we sprinted the asphalt lanes in the fancy tailgating fields with copperhead squats at each end, starting at 5 and increasing by 5 until we reached 35.

Ran back to the north side of the stadium for some shuttle runs and finished with 9 minutes of mary.

YHC prayed us out.
