YHC was very happy to see Papa Smurf come around the corner this am after his bought with the house stairs sidelined him for a while last week. A little mumble chatter about the weekend and the clock struck 5:30 so we were off. YHC gave a disclaimer and this is how it went down.

The Thang:

Mosey to Minges Meadow. Blimps (5,10,15.20,25.30 oyo) at each tree along the meadow. Rinse and repeat back to the start.

Four rounds of Jacobs Ladder down and back on Minges Field using the four light posts as intervals and alternating lunges and bearcrawls between each. The four exercises were monkey humpers, squats, hallelujahs, merkins. start with five count and increase at each post. For those keeping count this meant we bearcrawled minges field four times!
