WHEW!! That was fun! Let’s not do that again.

Started out with a warm-up and some stretching of course, but things escalated quickly…. Partnered up and each set owed 55 pull-ups, off pax did reps of copperhead (squots.) Headed over to the hill next to the tennis courts but got squirrelled into a people’s chair/balls to the wall relay. Three sets of 5+ hill sprints interceded with merkins and single leg squots. Moseyed around to the front of minges for bear crawls and sets of 10 merkins. Finished up with some mary. Everyone was kick ass.
