Hometown had a solid weekend and ended it with a nice glass of red wine with the M while I thought out my plans for what I thought was gonna be a rainy Monday morning. Being in the rain for 45 minutes isn’t fun. so the plan was to mostly stay in areas that were covered. Well, get up to find that it wasn’t raining… Oh well, stuck with the plan.
WARMUP

THE THANG
Mosey over to the breeze way in the middle of the new Belk Dorm at the top of College Hill. The PAX learned that the theme for today was 11’s. At this location the exercises were Box Jumps (onto the benches near the breeze way) and urkins.
Mosey back near the flag to the steps by the Murphy Center. Switch it up a tad, instead of 11’s here, we did a quick Dora 1, 2 with Mountain climbers and gorilla humpers. 200 Gorilla Humpers brings out the mumble chatter for sure.
Mosey to the covered breeze ways at Elmhurst by bus parking lot. 11’s with Dirkins and lunges.
Mosey back to the stone benches closest to the flag, for… you guessed it, our last set of 11’s. This time we did Carolina Dry Docks and foot release squats.
Finished with a quick round of Mary: Freddie Mercuries from Cousin IT, Flutter Kicks from Crankshaft, American Hammers from Bambino and V Ups from Skipper.

MOLESKIN
I wanted to take a second to thank everyone that was a part of putting together the Nutritional Accountability Groups (NAG). I have lost some weight because of it but more importantly it has got be back in the “groove” of consistently posting. Falling off the wagon for a few weeks, even months, you don’t realize at the time how bad you miss being in the gloom with everyone. I’m happy to say that, I’m back in the “Excited” to get out of bed stage when my alarm goes off at 5. Good work today men and thanks Bambino for letting me Q!
