I want to start out by apologizing to the Pax for this being a little late. I arrived at DFS to find workers still hard at it tearing down from the previous weekend’s concert. I sat back for a few and watched them as I reviewed my plans for this am. I actually had two plans in place to use depending on the size of the PAX. Last week’s party of two had me a little gun shy on just planning for the normal Pax of 8 or more for MASH so I decided to have a back up in the chamber for a lower number. This mornings Pax of four was on the border to use the workout I had planned for the last couple of weeks so I decided to go with the backup for a smaller number.

Warmups:

Arm and leg stretches for a ten count each.

The Thang:

This morning we would be working at gate 10 which is on the opposite side of the stadium. Each person was given the option of taking the shorter route and lunging there or the longer route which would require a run to the destination. Everyone would do squats until the six arrived. Skully and I were the only two takers on the long run so of course yhc was the six. Once everyone was there the Pax were instructed that everyone owed 100 merkins, 200 dips, 300 squats before they would be allowed to leave gate ten. This is a tough workout that produces some leakage and it was something that yhc could fully participate in without limitations. After each Pax had fulfilled there obligation they were instructed to lunge back to the flag.

Prayer requests were given and yhc prayed us out.
